Product Description

Flap Disc is a grinding tool widely used in surface treatment of materials such as metal, wood, and stone. It is composed of multiple fan-shaped abrasive cloth pieces (or sandpaper pieces) arranged and combined radially, resembling petals. It is often used in electric tools such as Angle grinders and straight grinders. It is suitable for multiple processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing.

A/O: Alumimun Oxide
Aluminum Oxide grain which has high efficiency grinding performance. Cotton cloth base synchronous consumption fast, does not burn the workpiece.Glassfiber backing and plastic backing available.
With efficient grinding and polishing effect, the product is windly applied in the metal, stainless steel, wood, etc

C/O: Ceramic Oxide
With high quality ceramic grinding grain, which can quickly and efficiently finish the surface treatment of the workpiece. It has excellent effect for polishing the stainless steel.Glassfiber backing and plastic backing available.

Z/A: Zirconia Alumia
For grinding the stainless steel workpiece, the zirconia grain with outstanding effect and high efficiency. In addition to stainless steel, it is also used for the metals.Glassfiber backing available.

Sic: Silicon Carbide
With a high hardness, reaching 9.5 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond and boron carbide, and can efficiently cut hard materials. It has high brittleness and strong self-sharpening ability. The abrasive grains are prone to breakage under force, continuously generating new sharp edges to maintain cutting efficiency. It has good thermal conductivity and chemical stability, and dissipates heat quickly. It is suitable for processing various brittle and hard materials, such as glass, ceramics, granite, hard alloys, and non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper.
