Flexible Disc with following characteristics:

Elasticity and adaptability
Complex surfaces: The flexible substrate can be bent to fit irregular shapes such as pipes, welds, and curved surfaces, reducing grinding dead corners.
Buffering and shock absorption: The elastic layer absorbs the impact force, reducing the fatigue effect of tool vibration on the hands.

High-efficiency grinding and polishing
Multi-layer sandpaper stacking: New abrasive particles are released layer by layer through wear, extending the service life.
Multi-particle size selection: Coarse particle size (such as P60) is used for rapid deburring, while fine particle size (such as P320) is used for fine polishing.

Heat dissipation and anti-clogging
Open structure: The gaps between the layers of abrasive cloth promote air circulation, accelerate heat dissipation and expel grinding debris, preventing overheating and damage to the workpiece.
High-temperature resistant adhesive: Resin bonding can withstand the heat generated by high-speed friction.

C/O: Ceramic Oxide

Z/A: Zirconia Alumia
